Cradlepoint, the developer of 4G routers, M2M gateways, and related software and hardware, has raised $89M in a Series C funding, the company said this morning. The funding came from private equity investor TCV. According to Cradelpoint, the new funding will go towards continued growth. TCV General Partner Ted Coons, and Venture Partner Doug Gilstrap have both joined the company's board with the funding.
