CradlePoint Adds Verizon LTE Support
Boise, Idaho-based CradlePoint, fresh off a new venture round of financing, said today that it has added support for the Verizon Wireless 4G LTE Network in its products. CradlePoint makes mobile broadband routers and adapters. The firm recently landed $7.5M in funding from OVP Venture Partners and Highway 12 Ventures. CradlePoint said it provides access to Verizon's 4G LTE network through Verizon Wireless USB data modem stocks or its own integrated modems, and that it has tested its products to support download speeds of 40 Mbps.
