Cradlepoint Gets $48M For 4G LTE Networking
Boise, Idaho-based Cradlepoint, a developer of 4G LTE networking products, has scored one of Idaho's biggest fundings in recent memory, saying this morning that it has raised $48MM in a Series B funding round. The company said the funding was led by Sorenson Capital, and also included Delta-v Capital and The CAPROCK Group. The startup, headed by George Mulhern, develops 4G LTE networking used in the retail, mass transit, financial services, and other industires to help connected distributed enterprises. The company said the funding goes towards international expansion and further development of its products.
