Cradlepoint Acquires Pertino
Boise, Idaho-based CradlePoint, which develops 4G networking products for the enterprise, hhas acquired Silicon Valley-based Pertino, a provider of cloud-based networking products. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Cradlepoint said the acquisition will help it address emerging opportunity for software-defined enterprise network solutions and services.
