HomeAdvisor, Prosper Link On Home Improvement Loans
Golden, Colorado-based home services marketplace HomeAdvisor, and online lending marketplace Prosper Marketplace have linked up to provide home improvement financing to consumers, through a new, exclusive partnership. The two companies said this morning that they will offer up home improvement financing through the HomeAdvisor website, tapping into Prosper's marketplace as a source of funding for those loans. Prosper is a peer-to-peer marketplace which allows users to fund loans of other users. Financial details of the deal were not announced. HomeAdvisor is led by Chris Terrill.
