HomeAdvisor Buys Dutch Home Improvement Website
Golden, Colorado-based HomeAdvisor, an online site owned by IAC which provides information on home repair and improvement projects, said today that it has acquired Werkspot.nl, a Netherlands-based site which connects homeowners with craftsmen. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. HomeAdvisor said Werkspot.nl was founded in 2006. HomeAdvisor said the move would accelerate its international growth.
