Instructure Powers Online Course Based On The Walking Dead
What can you learn about the world, through envisioning a massive, "zombie apocalypse"? Thanks to a deal announced today from Salt Lake City-based Instructure, AMC, and the University of California, Irvine--apprently, a lot about social science, public health, mathematics and physics. The three said they've started to jointly product a "massive open online course" (MOOC) focused on looking at the world through the lens of a hypothetical zombie apocalypse. Instructure is powering the massive open online course, where anyone can join for free to take an actual, online course taught by university professors. The three said the first class is scheduled for October 14th, tied into the season premier of "The Walking Dead."
