UQM Powers Rolls Royce Prototype
Longmont, Colorado-based UQM Technologies, a developer of electric motors for the automotive, aerospace, and other industries, reports today that its PowerPhase propulsion systems are being used by Rolls Royce's 102EX electric-powered Phantom. The Phantom is a demonstration car being shown by Rolls Royce at the Geneva Motor Show this week. Rolls Royce's 102EX Phantom Experimental Electric (EE) is a test vehicle for the auto maker.
