Liberty Global said today that it is acquiring Polish cable operator
Aster Sp., Z.o.o., which provides services to 368,000 video, 177,000 Internet, and 70,000 fixed telephony subscribers in Poland. Liberty said it will pay $292M for Aster, and also includes debt worth $513M, making the total consideration $805M for Aster.
