DigitalGlobe, Lowrance Partner
Longmont, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe said today that it has partnered with Lowrance, a provider of marine electronics and GPS systems, to provide satellite imagery for the Lowrance iWAY 600C portable navigation device. The new device provides high resolution commercial imaging combined with marine mapping/navigation capability and road mapping. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. DigitalGlobe is a provider of commercial earth imagery and geospatial information.
