DigitalGlobe Signs German Partner
Longmont, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe, a provider of high resolution, satellite imagery for the geographic information system (GIS) market, said Monday that it has added a new distributor in Australia. The firm said that it has added Geoimage Pty Ltd of Brisbane, Australia as a distributor. DigitalGlobe said Geoimage will sell its high resolution satellite imagery throughout Austrlia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, and islands in the Southwest Pacific. The addition of Geoimage comes in addition to an existing partner, Sinclair Knight Merz, in the region.
