EMS Software Acquired By Accruent
Greenwood Village, Colorado-based EMS Software, a developer of workplace and campus management software, has been acquired by Accruent, the two announced this morning. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. EMS Sofwtare develops a product that helps organizations manage every aspect of meeting rooms, classrooms, gathering spaces, and office hoteling, according to the firms. Craig Halliday is the CEO of EMS Software. Accruent is based in Austin, Texas.
