Excelsior Software Acquired By GlobalScholar.com
Greeley, Colorado-based Excelsior Software, which provides software used by educators to track student grades and attendance, has been acquired by Bellevue, Washington-based GlobalScholar.com. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The acquisition was announced as part of a venture funding round for GlobalScholar.com. GlobalScholar said it acquired Excelsior Software to expand the solutions it offers to school districts.
