Eastwind Networks Gets $162,000 Grant From USTAR
Salt Lake City-based Eastwind Networks, which develops cybersecurity software and breach detection and incident response tools, has scored $162,000 in a grant from Utah Science Technology and Research (USTAR). The company said the grant comes as part of USTAR's Technology Acceleration Program. Eastwind Networks was one of 155 applicants for the program, which provides funding to companies in Utah's "targeted" technology sectors. Eastwind Networks is led by Paul Kraus.
