MSN Communications Acquired For $40M
Englewood, Colorado-based MSN Communications, a provider of IT infrastructure panning, engineering, installation, and management services, has been acquired by Chicago-based Telephone and Data Systems, Inc., in a $40M deal. According to Telephone and Data Systems (TDS), MSN Communications had $99M in revenues in 2012. It is using the acquisition to bolster its hosted and managed services business. As part of the buy, TDS said it plans to open up a new Tier 3 data center in Douglas COunty, with 100,000 square feet of space. MSN Communications had 104 employees.
