Telemetric Acquired By Sensus
Boise, Idaho-based Telemetric, a developer of communications equipment and software for power utility and other smart grid communications products, has been acquired by North Carolina's Sensus. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Sensus said that Telemetric will become part of its Conservation Solutions business unit, which services electric, water and gas utilities. Telemetric was venture backed by Highway 12 Ventures, Village Ventures, and others.
