Spectrum Human Resource Systems Acquired By Epicor
Denver-based Spectrum Human Resource Systems Corporation, a developer of human resources management software, has been acquired by a California-based firm, Epicor. According to Epicor, it will pay $16M in cash for Spectrum. Epicor said that Spectrum has projected, full year 2010 revenues of approximately $14M, and has 100 employees. Epicor did not say what effect the acquisition of Spectrum will have on the Spectrum's Denver employees. Spectrum's CEO is Sybll Romley.
