Intelenex Acquired By Emtec
Denver-based Intelenex, a provider of software-as-a-service consulting services for the Oracle market, has been acquired by Pennsylvania-based Emtec, the companies said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not disclosed. Intelenex--which has operations in Santa Rosa, California and Denver, provides advisory, implementation and managed support services for ORacle products, particulary in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Human Capital Management (HCM). Intelenex says it has over 300 clients, and has executed over 1,000 consulting projects for those clients.
