InterData Software Acquired By Origin Digital
Denver, Colorado-based InterData Software, a company that develops software for the IP video market, has been acquired. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Origin Digital, a New York-based provider of broadcast services and distribution for digital media, said that it has acquired InterData to expand its Video ASP services. InterData Software provides integrated, web marketing products which provide workflow, media buying and planning, ad delivery, and other management for IP video delivery.
