Ibotta Gets Series C Funding Round
Denver-based Ibotta, the developer of a mobile shopping app, says it has raised a Series C-1 funding round this morning, led by GGV Capital. Size of the funding round was not announced. The investment by GGV is its first in Colorado. Hans Tung, Managing Partner at GGV Capital, along with GGV Vice President Robin Li, both become observers on Ibotta's board. The funding also included Harbor Spring Capital, Haystack Partners, along with Netscape's Jim Clark and Tom "TJ" Jermoluk.
