Nearmap Wins Shopping Center Real Estate Client
South Jordan, Utah-based Nearmap, a provider of high-resolution, aerial imagery, has signed up a shopping center real estate company, The Shopping Center Group, as a client, the company said on Wednesday. According to Nearmap, its aerial imagery is now being used by TSCG's real estate brokers for location and market analysis. Financial details of the win were not announced. Narmap said its images are helping the shopping center developer see the history of growth in a particular area, view points of interest, and reduce the need for extensive on-site property visits. The Shopping Center Group provides real estate services to tenants, property managers, landlords, developers, and many others.
