The
Rockies Venture Club, the angel investment group which has been investing in local companies since 1985, said this week that it invested in a total of 17 deals in 2016, which is 11 more deals than the group funded in 2015. The club said that investments went to AQ BioMed, Bitsbox, CereScan, CirrusMD, Lakeshore, SalutarisMD, mTusker, P2B investor, PharmaJet, Silvernest, Sulas Industries, Unboundly, Yonomi, and 3odB. The investment totals also were more than in 2014, when the company also invested in six companies.
