Sling TV Launches On Apple TV
Englewood, Colorado-based Sling TV, the streaming televison service run by Roger Lynch, has rolled out on Apple's Apple TV platform, the company announced at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on Monday. According to Sling, it will provide its single-stream, beta multi-stream, Sling Latino and Sling International offerings, all via an app on the App Store. Sling provides traditional, television content and channels, across a variety of packages, starting at $20 per month. Along with the launch on Apple TV, Sling said it has also launched a new user interface and a personalization feature called "My TV". Sling is a subsidiary of DISH Network.
