Sling TV is expanding its offerings in the Spanish language arena, saying today that it has launched a new, regional package called "Centroamérica". The company said the new package includes Spanish language content from such countries as El Salvador, Guatemala, and Costa Rica. Sling will offer up the new package for $10 per month, or as a $5 a month add-on to its Sling Orange, Sling Blue, or other services. Sling offers up subscription access to traditional cable channels via the Internet, referred to in the industry as "over-the-top" (OTT). Sling is owned by DISH Network.
