Zayo Expands Connectivity To NYSE
Boulder-based Zayo Group said this week that it has made another big route expansion, adding a new dark fiber route between the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in New Jersey, to the Equinix NY5 data center just outside of New York City. Zayo says the new route adds 37.7km to its newtork, and is aimed at trading traffic. Zayo said the route will be its second, ultra-low-latency route to the NYSE's data center in New Jersey. The Equinix NY5 data center, at 800 Secaucus, serves the financial services and trading industry.
