Ascent Solar Adds Scandinavian Distributor
Thornton, Colorado-based thin-film solar module developer Ascent Solar is continuing its push into the consumer market, with a new distribution deal in Scandinavia. The firm said that Sun2Voltage will be the exclusive distributor of its EnerPlex products in the region. Ascent Solar's EnerPlex line of products include portable, solar chargers, batteries, and more for a range of smartphones. The firm turned its attention to the direct consumer market last year, after spending years looking to get its technology licensed into building products and electronics products.
