Ascent Solar In French Distribution Deal
Thornton, Colorado-based Ascent Solar Technologies reported today that it has signed a distribution deal with a French firm. Ascent said the deal was with DisaSolar, a distributor of architectural, industrial, and corporate signage in France and other European countries. Ascent said it has demonstrated its thin-film, CIGS solar modules as part of a mobile PV implementation on train rooftops, in partnership with French regional rail company SNCF.
