Craftsy Taps Into Popularity of Crafts, Online Classes
What's the best way to figure out how to stitch a quilt, or decorate a cake? Increasingly, it's signing up for an online class, through Denver-based Craftsy. The site--created as an offshoot of Sympoz, the online learning startup founded by John Levisay, Josh Scott, Todd Tobin and Bret Hanna--apparently has struck a nerve with women, according to the Wall Street Journal, which featured the site's growing popularity Thursday.
