Stoneware, a developer of cloud computing software which has operations in Salt Lake City, has been acquired by computer giant
Lenovo, Lenovo said Tuesday, in a deal which will bolster its product portfolio. According to Lenovo, it is adding all 67 of Stoneware's employees, who are split between Salt Lake City and Carmel, Indiana, to the company. Lenovo said that both teams will remain in their locations, and that the firm will continue to have a presence in Utah. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. The firms did not say how many employees Stoneware employs in Salt Lake.
