Radix Acquired By Elecsys
Salt Lake City-based Radix International and Radix Corporation, a developer of rugged handheld computers and peripherals, has been acquired, according to Kansas-based Elecsys Corporation. Elecsys said yesterday that it acquired Radix for $2.2M, in an asset deal. According to Elecsys, it acquired the accounts receivable, inventory, and fixed assets and intellectual property owned by Radix International and its subsidiary. Radix manufacturers handheld computers and printers used in the utility, traffic and parking enforcement, and other industries.
