EPIC Ventures Funds Data Warehouse Firm, Zettaset
Salt Lake City-based EPIC Ventures is one of the lead investors in a data warehouse firm based on the Hadoop software stack, Zettaset. According to Zettaset, it has raised $3M in a Series A funding round, which was led by both EPIC Ventures and Draper Fisher Jurvetson. EPIC Ventures' investment was led by Nick Efstratis, who also joins Zettaset's board. Zettaset was previously known as GOTO Metrics.
