MapQuest Adds Voice Navigation To iPhone App
Denver-based MapQuest, the online mapping property of AOL, said today that it has released a new version of its iPhone application, adding voice navigation. The firm said the MapQuest 4 Mobile iPhone, version 2.0, adds support for speaking street names out load, re-routes automatically, and also runs in the background on iOS 4, the new multi-tasking version of Apple's mobile OS.
