Graphic.ly Buys iFanboy
Boulder-based Graphic.ly, an online community focused on comic publishers, fans, and creators, said today that it has acquired site iFanBoy. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Graphic.ly, iFanBoy will become a division of the company, and will be integrated into its Graphic.ly web site and other applications. iFanBoy founders Conor Kilpatrick, Josh Flanagan, and Ron Richards will join Graphic.ly as part of the acquisition. Graphic.ly is headed by Micah Baldwin, and is backed by $1.2M in funding from DFJ Mercury, Starz Media, Northstar Equity Investors, David Cohen, and a number of other angel investors. The firm is a TechStars company.
