Unicorn Media, a developer of Internet video transcoding services, said today that it is targeting the Tivo market with a service to transcode 720p HD videos for Tivo feeds. The firm said the move comes as tivo said it will allow its subscribers to subscribe to video podcasts as part of their set-top box service. Unicom said it service will automate the custom feed creation process to allow video podcast and other video customers to upload, manage, and syndicate their content on Tivo's service.
