Golden, Colorado-based health care ratings firm Health Grades reported today that it has hired Wes Crews as chief operating officer. Crews, Health Grades said, will officially start April 20. The firm described Crews as a publishing and online services veteran who most recently was executive vice president and general manager at onTargetjobs. Before that, Health Grades noted, he was COO for the Gale Group, a Thomson Corp. subsidiary. Health Grades provides consumers, corporations and health plans with ratings and profiles of hospitals, nursing homes and physicians.
