Healthgrades Names New CEO
Denver-based Healthgrades, wihch provides online information about physicians and hospitals to consumers, has named a new CEO, the company announced this morning. Healthgrades said it named Scott Booker, formerly an executive at Expedia, as its new CEO and member of its board. The company said its curernt CEO, Roger Holstein, returns to his role as Vice Chairman, as well as his role as private equity investor Vestar Capital Partners, which owns Healthgrades. Booker was previously President of Hotels.com Worldwide, and was at Expedia from 2004 to 2013; he also had served at Stella & Dot, Accenture and Citigroup.
