Healthgrades Merges With Wisconsin Firm
Denver-based HealthGrades, which operates an online website to help people find physicians and hospitals, said today that it has merged with CPM, a provider of customer relationship management products for hospitals. CPM is based in Madison, Wisconsin. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. HealthGrades is led by Kerry Hicks, and helps patients research and find physicians and hospitals.
