GHX Sells ClaimRight Software Business
Louisville, Colorado-based Global Healthcare Exchange, a provider of products for automating healthcare company operations, has sold its ClaimRight data validation software business to I-Many. New Jersey-based I-many announced the deal Thursday. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. I-many is a provider of contract management software. Global Healthcare Exchange provides supply chain tools for the healthcare industry.
