Flypaper Studio Sells Services Business
Phoenix-based Flypaper Studio, a firm which develops web-based, interactive presentation software, said Tuesday that the firm has soled its e-Learning services business to The GMarie Group. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Flypaper's e-learning services provided Web-based marketing and training content for Fortune 1000 clients, and was originally known as Interactive Alchemy. The GMarie Group is also based in Phoenix.
