Honeywell Completes Enraf Acquisition
Honeywell said Tuesday afternoon that it has completed its $260M acquisition of Enraf Holding B.V., a Netherland-based provider of measurement and controls products for the oil and gas industry. Enraf is becoming part of Honeywell's Phoenix, Arizona-based Honeywell Process Solutions division. Honeywell said that the acquisition strengthens Honeywell’s position in the high-growth oil and gas value chain.
