Honeywell Completes $230M Dimensions International Buy
Aerospace and electronics manufacturer Honeywell International reported Tuesday that it has received regulatory approval and has completed its $230 million purchase of Dimensions International. Honeywell said Dimensions, a manufacturer of military logistics equipment based in Alexandria, Va., will be integrated into one of Honeywell's subsidiary companies, Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc. Honeywell explained that the addition of Dimensions will bolster Honeywell's ability to manufacture logistics equipment for the U.S. military. Honeywell Technology Solutions is based in Phoenix, Arizona.
