Report: JDA Software Near Acquisition By Honeywell
A report on Monday from the WSJ says that Scottsdale, Arizona-based JDA Software is nearing a deal to be acquired by Honeywell, worth $3 billion. The report--from the WSJ--says that the buy will help Honeywell shift its business towards software. Neither company has commented on the report, although the report said an anouncement could be expected as early as sometime today.
