DigitalGlobe Scores Win With Indonesian Telecom Firm
Longmont, Colorado-based DigitalGlobe announced today that it is in a customer agreement with PT Telkomsel, an Indonedian provider of cellular telecommunications service. Telkomsel will use DigitalGlobe's satellite imagery to plan, build, and manage its 3G infrastructure. Size of the deal was not disclosed. Tekomsel provides cellular coverage in Indonia, including Sumatra, Java, and Bali/Nusra.
