Cherwell Software Wins Customer In Denmark

Colorado Springs-based Cherwell Software, the developer of information technology service management software which is backed by private equity investor KKR, said on Thursday that it has signed on Copenhagen, Denmark-based NNIT A/S as a customer. NNIT A/S is a provider of IT services and consulting. Financial impact of the win was not announced. Cherwell said NNIT is using the company's ITSM platform to manage change and upgrade services. The company has been in the Danish market for the last four years. Cherwell received a big funding round in 2018 from KKR's Next Generation Technology Fund.
