Cherwell Software Raises $172M More From KKR

Colorado Springs-based Cherwell Software, a developer of enterprise service management software, has raised $172M more in funding from private equity sponsor KKR. According to the two, KKR will take a larger stake in the company through its Next Generation Technology Fund. No details on the valuation of the deal were released. KKR made its first investment in Cherwell last year, in February. Cherwell Software wa founded in 2004. More information »
