ThreatX Names CFO, COO

Denver-based ThreatX, which is venture backed by Grotech Ventures and Access Venture Partners, has added David Roshak as CFO and Mike Reagan as COO. Roshak was most recently at Optiv, and Reagan was most recently at LogRhythm. ThreatX develops web application firewall (WAF) software, which is used for cloud security. The company raised $8.2M back in April for development of its WAF products.
