Distil Networks, a Techstars- and Foundry Group-backed startup which developed cybersecurity software for managing "bot" attacks, has been acquired by
Imperva. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. Distil Networks
was part of the Techstars startup accelerator in 2013. Distil Networks was based in Arlington, Virginia, and also had received funding from Bessemer Venture Partners, Triangle Peak Partners, MI Ventures, ff Venture Capital, IDEA Fund Partners and Correlation Ventures.
