PaidSuite Acquired By Realtime Electronic Payments
Scottsdale, Arizona-based PaidSuite, a provider of electronic payment and billing services, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Realtime Electronics Payments (REPAY), REPAY said this morning. Financial details of the acquisition were not announced. PaidSuite offers up payment capabilities for card and ACH transactions, including handling billing, collections, automated payments, and much more. REPAY is private equity backed by Corsair Capital, which acquired the controlling stake in REPAY in 2016.
