Accelerated Payment Technologies Acquired For $413M
Pleasant Grove, Utah-based Accelerated Payment Technologies, a provider of payment technology for small and medium sized companies, has been acquired by Atlanta-based Global Payments, a provider of electronic transaction processing technology. Global Payments said it paid $413M in cash for Accelerated Payment Technologies. APT was owned by private equity firm Great Hill Partners.
