Purely Elizabeth, a natural foods company focused on granola, oatmeal, muesli and cereal, has raised $3M in funding from a unit of General Mills, the company said on Monday. The funding came from investment firm 301 INC, which is the new business development and venturing unit of General Mills. Purely Elizabeth is led by CEO and founder Elizabeth Stein.
